ISO 9001 and 14001 certification, the benefits of the QEMS

Since 2019, GreenYellow France has been certified as ISO 9001 (Quality) and ISO 14001 (Environment) for the photovoltaic activity. As part of this dual certification, a QEMS (Quality and Environmental Management System) approach is integrated into our photovoltaic projects.

This approach makes it possible to engage in a process of continuous improvement and control, according to the principle of the « Plan-Do-Check-Act » cycle:

  1. Plan the actions to achieve the objectives
  2. Do what you have committed to do
  3. Check that the results match what was expected
  4. Act , by taking the necessary corrective measures to achieve the results, ensure that the gains will remain over time, and then repeat this sequence of actions

The benefits associated with the QEMS approach are numerous, such as lower management costs, which are also smoother over time, and procedures that are more streamlined and under better control. From an environmental standpoint, we also note a decrease in the consumption of energy and raw materials.
In terms of quality, we also note an improvement in products or services, an increase in the overall performance of the company, and satisfaction from various stakeholders (clients, employees, partners, etc.).

This ISO 9001 and 14001 dual certification recognizes GreenYellow’s knowledge and expertise in carrying out quality services for its entire photovoltaic business: From Development to Operation of projects, including both Design and Construction, as well as essential support services that go with them: Purchasing, Human Resources, and photovoltaic Activity Management.
Through this approach, the EQMS (Environmental Quality Management System) is a real asset for our clients because it enables us to continually evaluate our methods, become even more efficient, and thereby increase their satisfaction. All of this, while controlling our environmental impacts.
